What Foods Are Not Allowed?

While on the cleanse, you will avoid gluten (all flour, wheat, barley, rye), sugar, alcohol, coffee, dairy, soy and fish.

How Often Should I Cleanse?

We recommend doing the cleanse at least twice a year.  If some of the symptoms that went away while you were cleansing return, it's a signal from your body that you need a tune-up.

What Happens After The Cleanse?

The purpose of the cleanse is to kickstart your system and establish a new way of eating that is healthy and balanced.  Try to eat as clean as possible after the cleanse and slowly introduce varied foods back into your diet.  We recommend that you take a few natural supplements, such as a multivitamin, essential fatty acid (OMEGA 3s), and a probiotic to aid in digestion health.

How Does It Work?

Liv4Mor is a 14-day liver cleanse designed to support and enhance your liver's natural detoxification process. During days 1 and 2 you will abstain from solid foods and consume only the Liv4Mor shake.  On day 3, you will slowly reintroduce solid foods (from an approved list) back into your diet.  From days 8-14, you will continue with light foods and increase your intake of Liv4Mor supplements.

What Does The Cleanse Kit Include?

The Cleanse Kit features Liv4Mor Cleanse Powder, Liv4Mor Multivitamins and Minerals without Iron and Liv4Mor Phytonutrients.  It also includes a handy manual that outlines what to expect, foods to avoid, tips for success and a calendar to help keep you organized.

Is Liv4Mor For Me?

Liv4Mor is ideal for anyone who wants to hit the reset button on their health and lifestyle.  If you have any of these nagging physical problems, cleansing your liver may help: overweight, fatigue, bloating, constipation, frequent colds/flus, sinus infections, heartburn or allergies.  You should not go on the cleanse if you are pregnant, nursing or under 18 years of age.  If you are being treated for a medical condition, please consult your doctor before beginning the cleanse.
